• A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your session date.

• The remaining balance must be paid on or before the day of the shoot.

• Sessions are confirmed only after payment is received.

• Clients must give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule.

• Rescheduling is subject to studio availability.

• Cancellations result in loss of booking fee.

• A 15-minute grace period is allowed.

• Arrivals beyond this time may reduce your session duration or require a reschedule at an additional cost.

• Package prices do not include makeup or hairstyling.

• Clients may come ready or book our recommended artists.

• Edited photos are delivered via online gallery within 2–4 working days, depending on the package.

• Framed prints and photobooks may take additional time.

• Each package includes a specified number of professionally retouched images.

• Extra edits attract an additional charge per image.

• Fast Lab Photography retains copyright of all images.

• Clients receive personal usage rights for printing and sharing.

• Commercial or promotional use requires written consent.

• Clients are expected to maintain professional behavior during sessions.

• Unruly or disrespectful behavior may result in immediate session termination.

• Edited photos are kept on file for 30 days after delivery.

• Clients are advised to download and back up their images promptly.
